DIY Mexican Miniskirt

I love this little miniskirt! The inspiration came from blogger "a pair and a spare". You can see all the steps through her site.  It took about 2 hours to make.  Would have taken less time, but I didn't roll the fabric as instructed...oops! Great skirt for the summer.  This will definitely make it in my suitcase this summer.
